Las Vegas Wedding Venues: Chapel of the Flowers, Springs Preserve, 11 More
Thirteen Las Vegas wedding venues with Google ratings, from Chapel of the Flowers and Little White Wedding Chapel to Springs Preserve, with 2027 sunset times.
October 14, 2026
Las Vegas is the only city in the country where the best-known wedding venues are chapels that seat a few dozen people. It is also a city of garden venues, country clubs and resort salons where a full two-hundred-guest wedding happens every weekend. The two kinds of day are filmed very differently. Here are thirteen venues couples ask us about, sorted by type, with the desert light worked out.
The light in Las Vegas
Computed for the 15th of each month in 2027. Las Vegas is on Pacific Time and far enough west in the zone that winter sunsets come early: before 4:30 in December.

The valley is ringed by mountains, and the Spring Mountains to the west put the sun behind a ridge before the official sunset. On the west side of the valley that can take a real bite out of the last light. We check the angle for each venue rather than trusting the table to the minute.

The chapels
Chapel of the Flowers is the chapel most couples have heard of, with several chapels and gardens on the Strip. Little White Wedding Chapel has been marrying people since 1951 and holds about twenty guests. The Little Vegas Chapel, Graceland Wedding Chapel and Little Church of the West round out the names that come up most.
Chapels are a specific kind of filming job. The rooms are small, the ceremonies are short, and many chapels run a schedule of weddings back to back, so the time in the chapel is fixed and not something we can stretch. That changes how we work:
- Audio first. In a small room with guests close to the camera, the officiant's voice and yours need their own microphones. We mic both of you and the officiant before you walk in.
- Two angles matter more, not less. A ten-minute ceremony has no second chance at the ring exchange. A second videographer at $500 means one camera on your faces and one on the guests.
- Ask about outside crews. Some chapels have their own photo and video packages and rules about outside vendors. We confirm what is allowed with the chapel before you book us, not after.
The real work of a chapel day often happens after the chapel: portraits on the Strip at dusk, in the desert at golden hour, or both.
Gardens and outdoor venues
Springs Preserve is the outdoor venue with the most room to move: a preserve with botanical gardens and walking paths, a few miles from the Strip. It is the best place on this list for a film that actually feels like the desert. Rainbow Gardens offers landscaped outdoor settings and indoor spaces. Sunset Gardens and The Grove are reception venues; ask each one what it offers for an outdoor ceremony before planning around one.
Outdoors in Las Vegas, the table's start time matters more than in any other city we film. The desert sun is hard and nearly white until it gets low, and there is little shade to hide in. Start too early and every face has dark eye sockets. Start at the table's time and the ceremony is in softer light and golden hour arrives on schedule. Spring brings wind, and wind is what ruins outdoor vow audio, so we use windscreens on every microphone and keep a backup recorder on the officiant.
Country clubs and resorts
Stallion Mountain is a renovated country-club venue, and The Las Vegas Farm is a dedicated wedding venue. At both, we scout the grounds ahead of time for the spot where the evening light lands, because in a city this built up, a clear western view takes some finding.
The Wedding Salons at Wynn and Weddings by Mandalay Bay keep the whole day inside a resort. Hotel ballrooms and salons are controlled light, which is easy for us, and usually no natural light at all, which means the portraits have to go somewhere else. A ten-minute walk out to the Strip at dusk, when the signs come on and there is still some color in the sky, is one of the most distinctive things you can put in a Las Vegas film. We would build the timeline around it.
What we would do
An October chapel wedding with dinner afterward: ceremony at 3:20, a drive out to open desert for portraits at 5:30, back to the Strip after sunset for ten minutes under the lights, then dinner. That fits The Aubade at four hours, with raw footage included. A May garden wedding at Springs Preserve: ceremony at 4:55, portraits at 7:05, and reception coverage until the last dance, which is The Reverie at eight hours, with drone footage of the venue where the rules allow it.
