We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue, and any details you share — when you complete our booking or contact form, or otherwise communicate with us. When you reserve a date we also record your confirmation that you are one of the two people getting married, with the time you gave it. We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type, device, and pages visited) through standard web analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals;
- To schedule, coordinate, and deliver photography and videography services;
- To send booking confirmations, invoices, and service updates by email, or by text message if you have opted in;
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you text us at (617) 314-8026, or tick the optional text-message box on our booking form, we use your mobile number only to answer your inquiry and to send messages about your booking and wedding-day schedule. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we will confirm and send nothing further. When you opt in on our website we record that you did so and when. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party; the only exception is the messaging provider that carries our texts, solely to deliver them.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your mobile number or text-message consent for anyone else's marketing.
